Order Information
At
True Connections we prefer to talk to our customers to provide the best
service possible. If ordering online, it is the customer's responsibility
to ensure they order the correct parts for their vehicle. All shipping
charges incurred due to incorrectly ordered parts are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
Return
Policy
If you are not satisfied
with the quality of the parts, we will refund new merchandise within
30 days of purchase. After 30 days no refund, exchange only. No
exchange after 90 days. All returns are to be accompanied by a copy of
the original
receipt. A 20% restocking fee may apply to all returns. No returns on used parts or electrical parts, or any
parts not in the original package. Installed parts cannot be returned,
no exceptions.
Shortages & Damages
Orders must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If a shortage has
occurred, be sure to check your invoice for backordered items. Actual
Shortages must be reported within 1 week of receiving the order. If damage
has occurred, proper notation must be made by the delivery person, and it
must be reported immediately to our customer service department. Failure to
do so may create a situation where the product is not replaceable or
refundable.
